 A little bit about Planet Earth Remedies
My name is Judy Carter and I am sole owner of Planet Earth Remedies. 2011 is right around the corner and we'll celebrate our 14th year in business. To give you a little history - I had always worked in corporate america and just figured that was to be my future. I've had health issues since I was 11 and was given a not so optimistic diagnosis while in my 20's. I was the older child of 4 and somehow the scoliosis ended up with me. If you've met me - you would not realize there was anything wrong with my back. I was embarrassed when I was growing up - due to my spine being so crooked so I was able to conceal my condition by focusing on my posture at all times. I've been treating myself the natural way for all these years with the products that I make. Not having medical for most of the 13 years - I have less pain in my later years - than I had in my previous years of life. I'm able to keep up with the problems -as soon as I realize things are not right. It's amazing how if you can keep swelling and inflammation at a minimum - just with using products that really work - how much better your life can be.
While in the workplace, I was sent to a pain clinic in Phoenix, Arizona and attended 3 times a week for almost 6 months. About that time, I bought a bottle of Eucalyptus Oil at a swap meet and after massaging the oil into my neck and shoulder area and could not believe that I had major relief in a short time. The next day, I bought some beeswax, made a lip balm, then a bath salt and then to the big stuff. One year to the day I quit my job and settled into the gypsy life of constant travel, shows and so much fun.
I spent over a year learning how to make balms, which is my expertise. I put together a "strictly therapeutic" line of holistic remedies that covers a wide base of ailments. My products are natural and extremely concentrated and filled to the brim. I have exclusively used my products since origination and find enormous relief for extended amounts of time. This is not a luxury line - but a practical, useful, essential product line to help people live a more comfortable life - the natural way. My purpose with this business has always been to provide a superior line of products- at affordable pricing to all.
